We Run Got Y'er Back To Make a Difference
About Us
Got Y’er Back was founded in 2020 by Cole Dustin and his mother, Debra Netschert, with a shared mission to provide meaningful, hands-on support to young people and their education. Since its inception, the organization has partnered with schools and community organizations to raise more than $135,000, enabling the packing and distribution of over 2,600 backpacks filled with essential school supplies for children in need.
Got Y’er Back collaborates with students across New Jersey to build fundraising teams that inspire service-driven leadership and a commitment to giving back. The organization has supported multiple school districts and partnered with nonprofits including Bonnie Brae, Cornerstone Family Programs, and Mantena Global.
The organization is truly family-driven. Cole’s sisters, Reece and Remi, have helped pack and distribute backpacks since Got Y’er Back’s earliest days and began leading their own fundraising efforts in 2025. That same year, Cole’s cousin Jamie joined the organization to lead marketing and communications, helping expand awareness and amplify the mission’s impact.
100% of funds raised through Got Y’er Back campaigns go directly toward purchasing backpacks and school supplies for students who need them most.
